Four interactive wellbeing presentations per year

Experiential and mindfulness-based, these 1-hour sessions are designed to engage and inspire. Each presentation is adapted to suit your workplace environment and challenges, with a focus on enhancing focus, reducing stress, and promoting emotional wellbeing.

A three hour workshop

For smaller groups seeking a more immersive experience, I also offer a three-hour interactive workshop. This extended session allows for deeper exploration of mindfulness techniques, emotional resilience, and workplace wellbeing. It’s ideal for teams who would benefit from a more personalised and collaborative space, with time for discussion, reflection, and practical tools that can be applied immediately.

Perfect for leadership teams, wellbeing champions, or departments looking to embed lasting change.

20+ hours of one-to-one therapy

These sessions can be allocated across the year to team members in need of deeper support. All sessions are confidential, professional, and delivered with care. Normally priced at £135 per hour, this is a valuable resource for any team.
