At Diamond Wellbeing, Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy helps you access the deeper layers of your mind where past experiences and emotional patterns are stored. These may be linked to present-day challenges such as anxiety, low self-worth, or relationship difficulties.

Sometimes we believe we understand what’s causing a problem, but the subconscious mind often holds a different story. Through gentle regression, I use powerful techniques such as Gestalt therapy, parts therapy, and inner child work to explore and release emotional blocks. This allows for real transformation at the root level.

Together, we will also explore your attachment style. This simply refers to how you learned to connect with others based on early life experiences. You don’t need to know anything about this before we begin. Many people have never heard of attachment styles, but they can silently shape how we experience closeness, trust, and emotional safety in relationships.

Alongside hypnotherapy, I may integrate Havening Techniques®, a gentle, neuroscience-based method that uses soothing touch to reduce distress and rewire the brain’s emotional responses. I also draw on Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as tapping, which combines elements of cognitive therapy and acupressure to help release emotional tension and restore balance.

These approaches work beautifully with hypnosis, creating a sense of calm, clarity, and emotional safety. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, past trauma, relationship patterns, or low self-confidence, this work supports you in feeling lighter, stronger, and more in control.
