Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is an alternative type of therapy that is a bit like a psychological form of acupuncture but without the needles. It is used for releasing unresolved emotions that was associated or may be the root of with an unwanted behaviour. This can be done through tapping on key meridian points whilst tuning in to a particular bad memory or thought associated with the problem. EFT can make you feel light headed and sometimes make you cough or yawn which is a sign of an energy release. This often means the EFT is having an effect.
EFT can help with all of the issues listed on the treatments page. It is all about accepting things and letting things go. Many clients say that they feel like a huge weight has been lifted and they feel a lot lighter after just 1 session. They feel like they can move forward to whatever was holding them back. It is a very fast and effective technique and just like hypnotherapy clients usually need no more than 6 sessions.
